• Able to review complex individual returns for quality, accuracy and relevance, and identify optimum filing positions and advanced tax technical positions
• Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project
• Liaise with client service team of all levels, to understand their perspectives, assess their needs, manage their expectations and build strong professional relationships with them
• Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
• Contribute to team discussions and share knowledge for the benefit of the group
• Coach junior team members with a view to developing well-rounded professionals
• Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice
• Revamp processes and working procedures to maximise operational efficiency while ensuring high quality services and support to clients
• Work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
• Assist with business development activities - sparking growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities with the leadership team

Qualifications

• Degree holder and possess a minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a global mobility environment delivering compliance services to clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to guide and support team members with technical stands and queries
• Hard working and committed to completing tasks well with good attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and have full control on deliverables to completion
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to work effectively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced changing environment
• Dedicated and driven to excel professionally

PwC's Global Mobility Tax and Immigration Services Business to Become Independent Company Named Vialto Partners.

In October 2021, PwC announced the sale of its global mobility tax and immigration services business to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) funds. Upon deal close, which is expected in the second quarter of 2022, the business will become an independent company called Vialto Partners.

CD&R is investing in the global mobility tax and immigration business, which will now be part of the CD&R portfolio. Vialto Partners, the new Global Mobility Tax, and Immigration Services Business, is made up of approximately 6,000 people, including around 160 partners, across 41 territories. The practice services more than 3,000 multinational and distributed workforce clients worldwide.
