Job Description

Job description1. Wafer Probe Process & Equipment Management

Develop, monitor, and optimize wafer probing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Maintain and improve probe test programs, test flows, and test limits. Perform daily equipment checks, calibration, and maintenance activity review. Evaluate, maintain, and troubleshoot probe cards to ensure good contact performance.

2. Troubleshooting & Technical Support

Perform root cause analysis for probe-related issues (e.g., pad damage, missing contacts, high CRES, handling defects). Support manufacturing team in resolving real-time production issues. Identify opportunities to reduce downtime and improve cost efficiency.

3. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare SOPs, technical reports, and troubleshooting guides. Maintain documentation for test procedures, probe recipes, and equipment setup.

QualificationsEducation

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or related field.

Experience

3-5 years in semiconductor wafer probe/test (fresh grads can also be considered in some companies). Hands-on experience with probe testers and equipment is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
