Prepare tables before service (cutlery, condiments, setup)
Clear tables and reset for next guests
Ensure dining area cleanliness and hygiene
Assist with takeaway or delivery orders if required
Coordinate smoothly with kitchen team
Follow all SOPs, safety, and hygiene rules
Kitchen Crew
Food Preparation
Prepare ingredients (cutting, peeling, slicing, marinating)
Cook or assemble menu items according to SOP
Ensure consistent taste, portioning, and presentation
Assist head chef or kitchen supervisor as required
Kitchen Operations
Maintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen area
Operate kitchen equipment safely (oven, fryer, grill, etc.)
Follow food hygiene standards
Label and store ingredients properly
Report low stock levels and assist in inventory checking
Safety & Hygiene
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation
Wear required PPE (gloves, apron, hairnet)
Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, and surfaces
Dispose waste appropriately and maintain kitchen tidiness
