SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Responsible for preparing materials and equipment, arranging the function rooms, setting tables and serving in specific functions.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITEIS :
? Obtain requisitioned supplies, materials, and equipments from steward, Housekeeping and other department.
? Cleans and polishes materials and equipment such as glassware, chinaware and silverware.
? Arranging functions rooms and setting tables based on details of function arrangement.
? To update Superior on function rooms conditions or temperature adjustments as and when needed.
? Must have complete product knowledge of all set up, menu items, pricing, presentation and service procedures of each item
? To display a very courteous, friendly, efficient and professional attitude throughout the service period.
? Returns materials and equipment used to corresponding department.
? May be assigned to perform duties of Captain (Cafe) when necessary.
? Performs duties common to all rank and file and non supervisory personnel and other duties as may be assigned.
? To perform duties assigned by Assistant F&B Manager or Company designated appointee when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,750.00 per month
