Job description

Greeting customers as they enter the cafe. Communicating customer orders to the kitchen staff and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages. Checking in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Collaborating with other staff members to provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth operations.

Applicants job requirements:

Candidates must possess at least SPM qualification. Experience in F&B industry will be an added advantage. Attentiveness and patience towards customers. Strong hands-on skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently with a positive and responsible demeanor. Pleasant personality with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Previous work experience is a plus but not mandatory. Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence and ability to actively engage with all relevant parties. Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
