Requirements

• Minimum education: SPM and above
• With Barista experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Skills required: Customer Service, Food and Beverage Knowledge, Attention to Detail, Communication Skills
• Customer Service Skills: A genuine passion for providing excellent service and a positive attitude are crucial.
• Communication Skills: You need to be able to clearly and effectively communicate with customers, staff, and management.
• Organizational Skills: Waiters often juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, so strong organizational skills are essential.
• Multitasking: You'll need to be able to handle multiple orders, serve drinks, and manage your section efficiently.
• Physical Stamina: The job involves standing for long periods and carrying trays, so good physical stamina is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcoming customers with a smile and seating them efficiently.
• Taking Orders: Accurately recording food and beverage orders, and communicating them to the kitchen.
• Serving Food and Beverages: Delivering orders promptly and ensuring they are correct.
• Providing Recommendations: Offering menu suggestions and answering questions about dishes and drinks.
• Checking on Customers: Regularly checking on tables to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Handling Payments: Processing payments accurately and efficiently, whether cash or credit card.
• Maintaining a Clean Dining Area: Clearing tables, resetting them, and assisting with cleaning duties.
• Problem Solving: Addressing customer complaints and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Assisting with Opening and Closing Duties: Helping with tasks such as setting up the dining area or closing procedures.
