. This position is ideal for those passionate about providing excellent customer service and growing their career in the F&B industry.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with seating arrangements. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, counters, and service stations. Clear and reset tables efficiently. Support the kitchen and service teams by delivering food orders from the kitchen to tables. Uphold hygiene and safety standards in customer areas. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Requirements

No formal education required. Prior F&B or service industry experience is an advantage. Friendly and positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle service-related tasks efficiently. Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods. Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift rotations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
