JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive and helpful attitude.

-Answer questions about the menu and provide recommendations.

-Ensure all food and beverage products are served according to recipes, portioning, and company standards.

-Handle guests' concerns and complaints professionally to resolve issues promptly.

-Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including clearing tables, sanitizing utensils, and keeping dining areas tidy.

-Assist with daily specials knowledge and stay updated on menu changes.

-Communicate effectively with team members and management.

-Maintain a neat appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to the dress code.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

-Training will be provided.

-Passion for the F&B industry and customer service.

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Able to work
