Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages.
Table Management: Set up and clean tables before and after customers\' use.
Payment Handling: Process payments, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area, including the bar and restraurant.
Stock Management: Monitor and replenish inventory, including coffee beans, syrups, and bar supplies.
Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries professionally.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with kitchen staff and other waitstaff to ensure smooth operations.
Compliance: Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Job Requirements
Education: Must have a minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) department. * Nationality: Must be a Malaysian citizen.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Endurance: Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods, and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and provide exceptional customer service.
