Greet guests promptly and politely, assist with seating, present menus, and make recommendations if needed.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner with proper presentation.
Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues or requests promptly.
Clear and reset tables between guests. Replenish condiments, utensils, and napkins.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area at all times.
Assist with setting up and closing down dining including service stations.
Participate in opening and closing duties such as inventory checks, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
Work closely with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Follow all hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
Report customer complaints, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the manager.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements related to food handling, hygiene and safety practice.
Such other instructions related to the Restaurant's operations as set by the Employer from time to time.
