• This role opens to Malaysian citizen / Malaysian PR only
• works 6 days a week, off day scheduled according to the roster
• Candidates with F&B experience is an added advantage
• No specific education requirement
• Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Tanggungjawab

Waiter/Waitress

• Welcoming guests and table seating
• taking drink and food orders.
• Accept cash, credit card, or other forms of payment and provide receipts to customers.
• Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area
• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
• Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests
• Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff
• Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food
• Performing shift duties like delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris and more
• Answer customer inquiries about store policies, products, and services.
• Positive Pleasant friendly personality with a focus on excellence in customer service
• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as tea, coffee and specialty beverages.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment related to bar area

KITCHEN STAFF

• Preparing meal ingredients for the cook, which includes washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients.
• Properly washing and drying all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards.
• Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
• Ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and responsible character

CLEANER

• Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning , glass cleaning, tables cleaning, etc)
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Maintain hygiene, sanitary, and cleanliness standards of the restaurant at all times.
• Managing and maintaining the equipments and stock of cleaning solutions
