- Have knowledge about pastry and coffee - Welcoming guest, taking order, prepare tables - Present menu and provide detailed information - Communicate order details to the Kitchen Crew - Serve food and drinks orders - Deliver checks and collect bill payments - Provide excellent customer service to guests
