- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food & drinks when necessary.
- Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
- Able to serve alcohol
- Computer Literacy, Second Language a Plus
Job Summary:
A Waiter/Waitress, or Restaurant Server, is responsible for ensuring patrons have a positive experience at food establishments by exhibiting excellent customer service. Their duties include greeting diners and taking their orders, communicating with members of the kitchen about orders and carrying meals or beverages to the correct tables.
They may also answer customer queries about the restaurant and menu, and assist various restaurant staff when necessary.

Your responsibilities as the Waiter/ Waitress will include but not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer services
- Always strive towards best customer satisfaction
- Greet customers and present menus
- Make suggestions based on their preferences
- Take and serve food/drinks orders
- Up-sell when appropriate
- Arrange table settings
- Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
- Check products for quality
- Deliver checks and collect payments
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
- Maintain regular communication with staff and management through meetings and discussions.
- Keeping up to date with all local law enforcement rules & conditions on Typhoid & Food Handlers Course. It\'s a MUST to obtain the Typhoid & Food Handlers Course by all employees in which all documentations will be retained by the company for Law Enforcements checks.
