Waiters/Waitresses
to join our team at Kagayaki Steamboat & Grill. Candidates should enjoy serving customers, working in a team, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide warm, efficient service
Take orders accurately and explain hot pot menu items when needed
Serve food, soup bases, beverages, and condiments promptly
Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and well-prepared for guests
Assist customers with hot pot equipment and safety guidance
Refill ingredients, sauces, and dining essentials during service
Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene/food safety standards
Support overall restaurant operations as assigned by supervisors
Manage receipts, daily cash reports, and balancing the cash drawer
Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter
Assist in taking reservations or answering phone calls when needed
Requirements
No experience required
; training will be provided
Experience in F&B or hot pot service is an advantage
Friendly, energetic, and customer-service oriented
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Good teamwork and communication skills
Basic English/Malay communication is an advantage (not compulsory)

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
