Job Responsibility Carry out tasks based on the set scope diligently, comply with the rules & procedures set as well as obey the instructions of the store Manager / Supervisor according to the policies. Ensuring that all standard operating procedures (SOP) are followed without any reason to ensure that work at a high standard can be carried out consistently. Serve drinks & cakes according to established procedures / procedures and ensures to be able to provide the best every day. Must be skilled in cross-selling / upselling to increase company sales (if involved in sales sessions). Perform cleaning tasks at the workstation or in other related areas based on established hygiene procedures and standards. Comply with all rules related to work discipline as set by the company. Cooperate with all other store staff in the execution of their duties regardless of the high team spirit. Provide ideas to Managers / Supervisors that can further improve the quality of products / services and / or ideas regarding new products and / or anything that can help towards improvement including work processes / regulations. Job Requirements The main task for this position is to greet customers, escort them to their tables, serves food & drinks in timely manner and also to provide assistance in back of the house. Service crew must work diligently to carry out the work set carefully and with high standards in order to be able to provide the best drinks to customers. Service crew must also always be ready to help complete the tasks of any other staff whether in the front or back (Back Of The House) if needed. Job Benifits Minimum SPM is required.
