Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Friendly, well-groomed, and able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and move quickly during peak hours.
Experience in F&B is an advantage, but training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Welcome and greet customers in a warm and professional manner.
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
Ensure tables are cleaned and reset quickly and efficiently after customers leave.
Assist in clearing plates, glasses, and cutleries, especially during peak hours.
Work quickly and efficiently, especially during busy periods.
Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Handle customer requests and feedback politely and efficiently.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
