Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus to guests and answer questions about menu items, specials, and live seafood options.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Provide detailed information about our live seafood selections, including preparation methods and flavor profiles.
• Ensure guests are comfortable and have a pleasant dining experience.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality at all times.
