Customer Service & Experience

?

Greet customers warmly and assist with seating.?

Present menus and provide recommendations on food and drinks.?

Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and barista team.?

Ensure customers have everything they need and check on their satisfaction.?

Order Delivery & Table Service

?

Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.?

Follow Illy's standards for presentation and service.?

Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests.?

Sales & Upselling

?

Suggest pairings and promote seasonal specials.?

Upsell Illy's coffee, pastries, and signature items.?

Hygiene & Cleanliness

?

Keep the dining area clean, organized, and presentable.?

Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.?

Assist with Opening & Closing Tasks as directed by Manager/Supervisor.?

Team Support & Efficiency

?

Assist the cashier, baristas, and kitchen team as needed.?

Help manage peak hours by working efficiently with the team.?

?

Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required?.

Requirements

Endurance to walk and stand for long hours. Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers. Excellent interpersonal skills. Coordination to carry plates or trays without dropping anything. Able to speak fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia.
