Job Description


Our Waiters will be in assisting the Supervisor and Assistant Manager of their respective outlets. Ensuring that customers receive high-quality meals and drinks and superb customer service is part of the assistant outlet manager job description. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: \xe2\x80\xa2 Brewing the best coffee the world has to offer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicating clearly, concisely and accurately to ensure effective store operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Being responsible for quality assurance & control of all food, beverage and service provided. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring that the spend per head is increasing month on month & year on year, without jeopardizing guest satisfaction and quality. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring previous day sales accuracy and results. \xe2\x80\xa2 Controlling wastage management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction \xe2\x80\xa2 Contributing to a positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the Outlet Manager. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrating integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of illy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining and modelling a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events; continuing to keep the store operating to expected standards and serving a positive example for the shift team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing positive relationships with the shift team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns. \xe2\x80\xa2 Engaging in conversation with customers to understand customer needs and the needs of the store\xe2\x80\x99s community. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responding to immediate store needs by utilizing external resources such as Team Member Support from HQ, Cafe Resources and Food & Beverage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reviewing store environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement to provide coaching and direction to the shift team to achieve operational goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages \xe2\x80\xa2 Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons \xe2\x80\xa2 Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
To be an online offline restaurant, retail company. To expand footprint in Malaysia and regionally. Currently have 2 stores open in Naza tower and Pavilion and 8 point of sales on Ecommerce platform.
