Responsibilities: 1. Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
2. Assist customers in making menu choices and provide recommendations when needed.
3. Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of service during peak hours.
4. Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including tables and customer seating.
5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
6. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.
7. Uphold our commitment to providing a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
2. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
3. Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
4. Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
