Job Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and guide them to their seats
Present menu, explain dishes, and take customer orders accurately
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and dining area is tidy
Handle basic customer enquiries and respond to requests politely
Assist in clearing tables and maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Follow restaurant SOP, hygiene, and safety standards
Job Requirements
No formal qualification required; training will be provided
Previous experience in F&B or Chinese restaurant is an advantage
Able to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese); basic English preferred
Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented attitude
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
Team player with a positive working attitude

Shift-based
6 working days per week
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
