The duties and responsibilities of a Waiter/Waitress:

Greeting customers and presenting menus Taking customer orders and relaying them to the kitchen Serving food and drinks to customers Checking on customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals Handling customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner Processing payments and making change Setting up and breaking down tables and dining areas
Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy Basic math skills for processing payments Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
