Responsibilities

Here are your responsibilities. * To greet and direct customers to their tables.

• To complete all cleaning and preparation at cutlery at tables.
• To present menu and provide detailed information when asked.
• To inform customers about the day\'s specials/promotions and offer menu recommendations and upsell accordingly
• To take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software and order slips.
• To communicate order details to the kitchen team accurately.
• To make drinks and prepare cakes.
• To serve food and drink orders
• To monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages and ensure all stocks are stored and maintained safely and properly.
• To carry out other reasonable duties given by the Management Team to assist in the smooth running of the restaurant.
