Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and seat guests courteously.
Present menu, take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Serve food and beverages professionally according to hotel standards.
Ensure tables and service areas are clean and well prepared.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain hygiene, safety and cleanliness at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage and training will be provided.
Friendly personality with good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
Well groomed and presentable at all times.
