, is looking for enthusiastic Service Crew members to help us create a memorable dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of our Service Crew, you will be the face of Nyonya Club, ensuring smooth service and happy guests:

Warm Welcome:

Greet every guest with genuine warmth, escort them to their tables, and provide engaging information about daily specials and new menu items.

Order Management:

Confidently answer menu inquiries, accurately take orders, and efficiently deliver food and beverages to tables.

Sales & Recommendations:

Enthusiastically recommend menu selections and skillfully upsell beverages and desserts to enhance the guest experience.

Guest Attentiveness:

Proactively monitor guest needs in the dining area, anticipating requests and ensuring satisfaction, especially during peak service hours.

Service Flow:

Efficiently clear and swiftly reset tables according to Nyonya Club standards.

Transactions & Feedback:

Process payments accurately and efficiently, and actively listen to and communicate guest feedback to the management team.

Cleanliness & Standards:

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the dining area and service stations at all times.

Requirements

Experience:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the food and beverage or hospitality industry (

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
