Tanggungjawab

• Provide excellent service to customers.
• Familiarize customers with the facilities and services offered at the KTV, including the song selection system and food and beverage menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the work area and private rooms.
• Assist and serve customers when needed, such as adjusting equipment, addressing customer requests, and resolving issues.
