TanggungjawabGeneral
  • Welcoming customers as they arrive and making them feel comfortable.
  • To check, prepare, and serve according to customer specifications or orders.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
  • Set up and maintain dining areas, including table settings and cleanliness according to restaurant standards.
  • Clears, cleans, and sanitizes tables and workstations.
  • Maintain restaurant\'s cleanliness
  • Cleans and sanitizes dishes, utensils, pots, and other containers and returns to the appropriate location in the kitchen area.
  • To get reviews from customers after meals.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Monitor and address guest needs throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and address any issues promptly.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with a positive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Hostess
  • Managing the seating chart, assigning tables, and ensuring guests are seated promptly.
  • Handling reservations, including taking calls, managing online bookings, and coordinating special requests.
  • Addressing guest inquiries and concerns, providing information about the menu or services, and facilitating a positive dining experience.
  • Keeping the entrance and waiting areas clean and organized, including managing waitlists if necessary.
  • Coordinating with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.
  • Handling payment and update payment status.
  • Informing guests about daily specials, promotions, or events.
  • Observing and managing the flow of guests to optimize seating and reduce wait times.
  • Gathering guest feedback to improve service quality.
  • Assistant to take food and beverage orders from Guests.
  • Able to explain to guests about food and beverage products.
