Key Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Service:

Greeted customers, provided menu recommendations, and answered inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

Order Management:

Accurately took food and drink orders in-person and over the phone, relaying them to the kitchen or bar staff.

Food & Beverage Service:

Served meals and beverages to customers, ensuring presentation and quality standards were met.

Cashiering:

Operated the Point of Service (POS) computer system, handled cash and credit card transactions, and managed returns/exchanges accurately.

Point-of-Sale (POS) System Operation:

Utilized computerized systems for automated order-taking and payment processing.

Dining Area Maintenance:

Maintained a neat and clean dining environment, cleaned tables, and ensured a positive guest experience.

Team Collaboration:

Worked effectively with kitchen staff to ensure correct order preparation and timely service.

Problem Resolution:

Addressed customer issues, complaints, and special requests, resolving them professionally and efficiently.
