Job Description
Responsibilities - Maintain the cleanliness of the work station on a regular basis - To Maintain and arrange of cash float money - To ensure colourful house ready and the keys are in order - To make sure all recreation tools in good condition - To collect daily sales from each station at PBB - To ensure guest requirements completed - Greet customers, presenting menus, take orders, suggest and recommend meal promotions appropriately - Prepare drinks, serves food/beverages to customers (if any) - Prepare the bill that itemizes total meal costs and sales taxes - Perform cashiering duties - Attend and respond to the customers and requests promptly and professionally - Complete the routine of restaurant-opening, duties during shift handover, and closing - Responsible to clear away rubbish properly to maintain a clean, safe and sanitary environment - Closing and settlement daily billing - To assist other task as assigned by HOD / PIC form time to time Requirements - Experience in F&B line is an advantage - Can work at Outdoor area / beach - Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace. - Establish relationships for customer confidence. - Facilitate effective work teams. - Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures. - Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
