• Candidates with an SPM certificate and above are preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin would be an advantage, and can collaborate with all levels of staff.
• Experience in F&B, restaurants, or hotels, preferably at least 1 year, is prioritized, and fresh graduates are welcome.
• Friendly, flexible, and open-minded with good communication skills.
• Work as a team to provide quality service.
• Able to adapt to changes in work schedules, work on weekends, and public holidays.
• Training, overtime pay, and allowances will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Staff are required to wear complete and neat uniforms.
• Greet customers politely with a greeting and a smile when they enter the premises.
• Set up tables according to requirements and be ready to introduce dishes.
• Assist customers according to their needs and provide assistance as required.
• Staff must provide the best service to customers efficiently and effectively.
• Remind customers not to leave their belongings behind.
• Ensure that tables and the floor in the work area are always clean and well-maintained.
• Interact with customers and always fulfill their requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide assistance in the payment process when customers ask for the bill or receipt.
• Immediately inform the Supervisor if there are customers dissatisfied with the service or if there are other problems.
• Staff must be ready to perform other assigned tasks.
