Responsibilities:
Welcome, guide, and serve customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and provide table service accurately and efficiently.
Be familiar with the menu and drink offerings to provide professional suggestions and recommendations to customers.
Ensure the cleanliness and comfort of the assigned dining area.
Handle customer inquiries and requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain good teamwork with the kitchen, bar, and other colleagues.
Perform closing cleaning duties.
Requirements:
In good health with a neat and tidy appearance.
Possess strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset; proactive and enthusiastic.
Be a team player and able to adapt to shift work (including weekends and holidays).
Prior restaurant service experience is preferred, but training can be provided for those without experience.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
