Job Description


You will be the first point of contact between our Customers and our Brand, answering Customer questions, assisting with their problems and promoting our products to help Customers get the most out of our products. Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all customer inquires
  • Ensure that customer queries are replied to in a timely manner
  • Liaise with internal departments to provide appropriate solutions to the Customers problems
  • Compilation of customer reviews and monitoring of marketing communications
  • Compilation of new product trends and claims
  • Contest Management
  • Admin related tasks for the Marketing Department
Job Requirements
  • Candidates should possess a Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
  • Be familiar with basic personal care products and trends
  • High proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both verbal and written)
  • Outstanding customer service skills
