Job Description
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
- You will handle live chat, email inquiries and requests from social medias including troubleshooting.
- High proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Must be open to work on 24 hours rotational shifts (9 hours per day, 5 days per week).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (Degree holder).
- STPM and Diploma min 6 months - 2 years of customer service or any relevant customer experience.
- Open to join on immediately.
- Contract to permanent.
- Basic Salary RM2,500 - 2,800
- Monthly Transportation Allowance
- Monthly KPI Incentive RM400 to RM1,000
- Night Shift Allowance RM50/night
