- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Fresh graduates / school leavers encouraged to apply
- Experience in retail or F&B would be added advantage.
- Full-time positions
- To maintain a professional standard of customer care in promoting company products & managing an effective team
- Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs\' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues
- Motivate & train staffs on the company\'s policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills
- Come up with a strategy to achieve sales target
- Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc)
- Provide professional services to customers
- Morning shift 9am - 5.30pm
- Noon shift 2pm- 10.30pm
- 1 (one) day Rest day / week
