Job Description
Job responsibilities (Hostel Management): \xc2\xb7 To do hostel audit bi-monthly & fire drill bi-yearly \xc2\xb7 To check on the wellbeing of the workers and ensure that hostels are adequately occupied/utilized by the workers \xc2\xb7 To arrange Fomema medical check-up, opening of bank accounts, attend to miscellaneous hostel related tasks from time to time, etc. \xc2\xb7 Liaison with transporter for workers transportation to/from workplace/hostel. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of foreign worker work permit renewal is preferred. \xc2\xb7 Ability to do some maintenance work is added advantage \xc2\xb7 Any other tasks in relation to your position as assigned by management from time to time. Job requirements: \xc2\xb7 Compulsory to stay in Kulim to work \xc2\xb7 Possess a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license \xc2\xb7 Minimum of SPM or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia & English. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of MSOffice \xe2\x80\x93 MsWord, MsExcel is added advantage \xc2\xb7 Able to coordinate work tasks well Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Expected Start Date: 06/20/2023
