Receive and process incoming orders, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
Coordinate with outbound and delivery teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Resolve any order discrepancies or issues promptly.
Requirements:
Must be able to commit 6 work days per week. (Monday to Saturday)
Must be computer literate
Must be able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
At least SPM holder
Keen to detail and good team player
Experience in warehouse administration or logistics support preferred.
Familiar with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
