Manage the day-to-day administration of the e-commerce operations, including product uploads, updates, and maintenance on marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, etc). Ensure accurate product information titles, descriptions, pricing, images, stock levels. Monitor and coordinate order processing, fulfilment, returns and customer enquiries (in collaboration with operations / customer service teams). Maintain and organise digital files, internal SOPs, workflows, FAQs and knowledge base to support operations. Assist in generating e-commerce reports/data (sales, stock, performance) and provide administrative support to the e-commerce team. Ensure compliance with company standards & quality control (as Desince emphasises product quality with ready stock, fast delivery and competitive pricing)

Requirement



Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training provided. Able to ride a forklift & have GDL license is an added advantage. Must be physically fit. Willing to work shifts, weekends & overtime when required
