Provide Warehouse storage & logistic support to MD Sales & Marketing team.
Provide POSM warehouse storage to Jump Retail Admin & Field Team.
Ensure all warehouses (Puchong, Ipoh & JB) are in tip top condition, with proper stock rotation (FEFO).
Ensure stocks in 3rd party warehouse are tracked & monitored properly with no stock write-offs due to expiry (stocks have not even been out from the warehouse and sold to retailer before)
Ensure all storage guidelines are strictly adhered to ensure product quality.
Provide sorting of Trade Returns & proper record update: - Good, Disposable & Return to Supplier. Ensure Good Returns are cleaned, barcode is scannable and product packaging & label is in good saleable condition before putting back into the warehouse for resale.
Ensure all stocks to be labelled with expiry date to practice picking of FEFO.
Ensure stock variance is minimized.
Ensure no unauthorized personnel loiters in the warehouse and keep the doors/gates of warehouse shut all times to prevent pilferage.
Stock Take 2x yearly on all skus unless significant stock variance that warrants quarterly stock take for selected skus.
Provide sales administrative support to Sales Department such as accurate & timely order processing, provide & match delivery order & sales invoice.
Ensure all sales administration are updated accurately on timely basis such as Collection update etc.
Ensure all team members are briefed & aligned on the Warehouse & Admin SOPs. Ensure to enforce all SOPs.
Update & improvise SOPs as & when necessary to always look at improving efficiency & achieve set KPIs.
Provide periodical reports to analyze & identify gaps for improvement - Communicate with relevant departments (Sales, Marketing, Outstation WH & Adm team, Group Finance, BO team etc.) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Manage MD Puchong office equipment & staff usage items eg: Coway machine, photostat machine, aircon, toilet paper, photostat paper etc. & general office administration stuff.
Job Requirements
Diploma and above
Min. 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar capacity and administration. Preferably in FMCG & Distribution Company
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
Good command of written and spoken English
Independent, responsible & committed to complete work tasks within deadline - Attention to details and analytical
Strong team player with strong interpersonal skills
Strong Excel, Word and Power Point skills required
Open & good listening skills
Able to multitask
Possess own transport, willing to travel and able to work extended hours when required.
Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
