Responsibilities:
Make sure SO with all approval, check invoice validation date and stock booking status
Data entry on all incoming goods, pass the documents to respective department
Prepare consignment note, for courier delivery, pass the signed consignment note to respective departments
Record all outgoing DO/invoice properly, also check when DO return to warehouse, pass DO/invoice to accounts department
Export daily stock take list and file all daily stock take record
Any other duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least SPM or Diploma in any field
Candidates must have at least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 related experience
Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm; Saturday, 9am to 1pm
Willing to work in Taman Intan, Klang
