Job Description


Position: Warehouse Admin

Working Day/Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Saturday (Half Day): 8:00am - 12:00pm

Working location: Jalan Teknologi, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Working Duration: 6 months contract with PERSOLKELLY

Salary: Range between RM2,500 - RM3,000 (based on experience and qualifications) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement

Job responsibilities:

  • Onsite Delivery and management: You assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to sales associates for processing.
  • Liaise with Procurement on the sea-freight delivery arrangement in and to East Malaysia.
  • Material coordination: You ensure that materials received or distributed recorded in company system accurately and timely; coordinate storage of material, customer deliveries, customer returns and reconditioning of formwork
  • You ensure that file requisitions, work orders or requests for materials/ tools/ other stock items, and distribute items to shipping or to designated route driver storage area.
  • Stock Coordination: You monitor stock levels of material and liaise with procurement for orders; support the stock take: maintain stock accuracy on regular basis.
  • You ensure that warehouse is accessible and safe for employees and customer.
  • Admin: You ensure that the entire warehouse is well organized including proper filing and documentation; you provide suggestions to warehouse improvements.
  • Compliance: You execute in the compliance with the Health and Safety management system.
  • Attendance: You ensure proper and time and attendance for the foreign workers
  • Continuous improvement: You provide suggestions on optimization of processes in the warehouse
Job requirement & qualification:
  • At least Diploma in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years\' hands-on experience on administration/commerce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel and IT system is a must
  • Able to work independently and as a team player in a results-driven, fast-paced environment\xc2\xb7
  • Hands-on mentality and engaged personality, confident attitude\xc2\xb7
  • Ability to work in a MNC environment and working with external stakeholders\xc2\xb7
  • Resilient, good time management, strong problem solving & analytical skills and strong drive to succeed\xc2\xb7
  • Good proficiency in English. Able to commence within immediately.
