Warehouse Administrator – Apparel & E Commerce

Job Description

:



Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and returns in warehouse management systems. Create, update, and manage shipment and delivery documentation (invoices, packing slips, labels, etc.). Assist with daily order processing and ensure timely dispatch coordination with logistics partners. Track incoming and outgoing stock, including apparel SKUs, sizes, and colors. Generate and maintain reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance. Support quality control documentation and records management. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.

Job Requirement:



High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is a plus. 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse admin preferably in apparel or e-commerce. Familiarity with any inventory software or Vennpos is advantageous. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ability to create and manage spreadsheets. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
