Day to Day operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform filing on K1, K2, K8, K9 for custom audit purpose. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform request and creation for New Material code for new inventory. \xe2\x80\xa2 Updating and informing of new incoming inventory internally and to Singapore Entity \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting with 3rd party vendor booking of crane, transport, and any other services to Logistics \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting with Keeping track of daily sales order in SAP and update status on progress \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting with sourcing for oversea shipment course \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting with Creation of CIPL support logistics department Perform SAP systems process: \xe2\x80\xa2 Goods receive on daily incoming stocks in SAP \xe2\x80\xa2 Goods issue on daily stock out in SAP \xe2\x80\xa2 Create delivery order for daily sales order in SAP \xe2\x80\xa2 Print picking list for warehouse pick stock in SAP \xe2\x80\xa2 Print delivery order before goods deliver to customer in SAP \xe2\x80\xa2 Create POD after complete delivery to customer in SAP \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting PR Creation for service item in SAP \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting with transferring of incoming stock from QA to unrestricted area for production pick stock in SAP Execute & Support IT Application, HSSEQ and Continuous Improvement Initiatives: \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate workplace maintains the 5S standard as stipulated by the Company for the support of Workplace Health and Safety requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform WSH activities to ensure personal compliance to requirements. Highlight WSH shortcomings in existing processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform safety and health risk assessment. Maintain safety, health, and operational quality standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Report WSH incidents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adopt the use of technologies, electronic tools and devices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in key activities and milestones in technology implementation projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in ongoing records and information review to determine the effectiveness of work processes and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the continuous improvement of productivity and safety. Support Human Capital Development: \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform competencies assessment to identify learning & development needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate and support team succession plan. Others: \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other related duties as assigned by your superior or manager from time-to-time.
