Requirements

• Warehouse Administrator (4 Days Work)
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must.
• Candidate must hold at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma in Business, Management, Human Resource or equivalent.
• At least 2 years working experience in admin related position.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• High discipline to follow SOP.
• Outstanding coordination and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under fast paced environment and meet deadline

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse administrative operations, including answering incoming calls and communicate with various service providers
• Coordinate container receiving and bay allocations
• Attend to pick up from delivery partners and coordinate with internal warehouse team for handover
• Maintain tidy handover manifest documents and retrieve upon request
• Attend to visitors & guest with given SOP
• Communicate with China HQ for smooth operation
• Other warehouse admin activities assigned by superior
