Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION1. Assist in verifying the quantities during loading and unloading, and ensure accurate recording of materials in the inventory list.2. Managed and maintain the warehouse management system, including the classification of incoming stock, stacking and storage.3. Prepare materials for packing according to the packing list and arrange logistic dispatch.4. Conduct stock-takes according to the scheduled calendar.5. To submit monthly stock report to head of financial/account department.6. Co-ordinate with transporters and manage shipping and delivery processes.7. Perform any other related tasks not mentioned here as and when required .JOB REQUIREMENTS1. Willing to work in Bangi, Selangor2. Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.3. Competent in operating a forklift4. Experienced of 2-3 years in the logistic and warehouse industry5. Good hands-on experience in the inventory management and improvement process6. Computer literate (MS excel, Word) and knowledge of ERP system/SQL system.7. Self-motivated, able to work independently with strong time management skills8. Language required, Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin.
