Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Physically pick and pack orders according to the warehouse system and customer requirements, ensuring accuracy in quantities, product types, and packaging. Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring they are securely packed and labelled, ready for handover to the transporter or in-house driver for delivery. Ensure timely and accurate processing of all orders to meet delivery schedules. Receive incoming shipments and verify that the goods are in the correct quantities, in good condition, and match the purchase order or delivery note. Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the DC Supervisor for further action. Support stock putaway processes by ensuring goods are placed in the correct storage locations within the warehouse. Assist in performing regular cycle counts and stock counts to maintain accurate inventory records. Report any discrepancies found during stock counts to the DC Supervisor for reconciliation. Maintain overall warehouse cleanliness and tidiness, ensuring that all work areas are free from clutter and that stock is organized in its designated locations. Ensure that all packaging materials, tools, and equipment are stored properly after use, and that the warehouse complies with safety and operational standards. Assist with other general warehouse duties as required, including helping other teams or departments during peak periods or special projects.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENT:

Possess a minimum SPM qualification or high school graduates or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and handling goods safely. Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of orders and inventory. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse management software is a plus. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues. Based in Teraju Pharma's Warehouse at Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Warehouse environment, requiring physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on operational needs.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
