Job Responsibilities:

• Receive goods from suppliers and verify the part number, quantity, chop & sign with time & date on supplier\xe2\x80\x99s Delivery Order (DO).
• Attach DO with stock code and quantity received.
• Check and inspect goods received and ensure they are of the correct quantity, type, and acceptable quality.
• Receive samples from suppliers and inform the salesperson to collect.
• Pass DO to the office for record receiving.
• Place goods into respective rack/pallet according to Goods Received Note (GRN).
• Label goods for cross-dock.
• Verify the accuracy of stock items picked by pickers in terms of quantity and stock part number for:-
• HQ customers before pack and place in the correct rack for collection by our drivers for delivery to customers;
• Branches customers before packing and transfer to a pallet for collection by transport.
• Pack goods in accordance with the instructions provided in the picking list.
• Assist Transport Lead or Manager to assign stock items to drivers for delivery to customers.
• Assist to do picking as and when necessary.
• Pick stock items accurately and timely according to the stock part number shown on the picking list.
• Ensure the safe handling of all products during picking.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the main warehouse.
• Adhere to all safety policies and warehouse procedures of the company.
• Use mechanical handling equipment i.e. forklift to move goods around.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Candidates without warehouse experience are encouraged to apply.
