Job Description
What a typical day looks like:
- Responsible to handle import shipments for company appointed agents and to segregate the shipments by destination or region.
- Upload Customs Duty and Tax document (K1) into company system and to print out Billing Invoice.
- Responsible to perform reconciliation of all Custom documents to submit to Custom office.
- Monitor and check release Customs document with shipment arrival.
- Follow up on the release Custom document that yet to receive physical import shipment.
- Monitor shipments that require to re-direct to new address and self-collection.
- Prepare handover list to company appointed agents by having both West and East Malaysia shipment list.
- Upload credit account consignee to company system.
- Inform company appointed agent for ready shipment through emails.
- Perform any tasks assigned from superior and management from time to time.
- Minimum SPM. Diploma in Logistic will be added advantage.
- Preferrable to have hands-on knowledge in Customs clearance process.
- Experienced in handling warehouse activity.
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Working location: KLIA
- Working days and shifts :
- Night shift
- Overtime pay
- Sepang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
- Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
