Job Description

Responsibilities :

Inventory control

: Counting, confirming, and inspecting inventory

Packing and shipping

: Packing and shipping orders, and printing and adhering shipping labels

Customer service

: Handling customer questions and complaints, and providing excellent customer service

Warehouse management

: Managing the flow of products and stock, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations

Quality assurance

: Carrying out quality assurance checks on products

Forklift operation

: Driving a forklift to move stock safely

Administrative duties

: Performing administrative duties, and using supply chain software to optimize operations

Communication

: Communicating errors to relevant parties

Labeling

: Marking and labeling stock

Requirements and skills :

Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods Good organizational and time management skills Ability to lift heavy objects Current forklift license Deftness and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
