Job Description

Stock Management & Distribution

Issue products, filters, and spare parts to Coway Technicians for installation and A/S (after-sales service). Ensure proper sorting, organizing, and labeling of all stock items. Conduct daily stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels. Ensure the warehouse is sufficiently stocked (products, filters, spare parts) to support daily installation and A/S operations.

Inventory Handling & Reporting

Manage and prepare Stock B (used products in good condition) for Home Decor and office-use purposes. Prepare scrap reports for used filters, spare parts, and related materials. Maintain accurate filing of all relevant documents (Delivery Orders, Installation Notes, etc.). Submit required reports to HQ and immediate superior in a timely manner.

Warehouse Operations & Housekeeping

Perform routine housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment. Support daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Job Requirements

Education:

SPM or higher.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Other:

Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
