Job Description

Warehouse Assistant

Key Responsibilities:



Assisted in warehouse outbound operations, including picking, checking, and packing orders for handover to 3PL. Carried and handled parcels/items with care; ensured efficiency and accuracy in all outbound tasks. Proficient in using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and mobile systems. Handled receiving and putaway processes by verifying, recording, and ensuring accuracy of inbound shipments. Ensured proper labeling, sorting, and staging of products for storage and dispatch. Maintained inventory accuracy through stock movement monitoring and daily cycle counts. Replenished items and maintained records in line with 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices. Conducted QC on returned items, managed customer returns (CB Return & Local Return), and processed redeliveries upon request.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM1,800.00 per month
